Liverpool's Star Issues Apology to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has shared that the Egyptian forward expressed regret to the entire Liverpool squad in the wake of the controversy from his public comments.

He was omitted from a vital match subsequent to criticising the club and claiming his rapport with Arne Slot had deteriorated.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, please accept my apology.’”

Jones also noted that a teammate fighting for a place is preferable. “I understand there are different methods you can handle situations,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just not start, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”

Their results have remained strong in the games following the initial controversy. The player is convinced the outburst were never meant to cause disruption.
“In moments of frustration, it’s always been from a good place,” Jones concluded. “We’re past that now and we’re gelling well as a team, playing well and starting to win games.”
