It's a challenge for Australia to set fresh records.

The greatest achievements have been successfully scaled.

This is the squad that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, plus six more T20 titles, and earlier maintained nearly four years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, those for the achievement hunters, are all that remain for a team that has accomplished all there is.

That it took up to Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase above 300, regaining their record for the largest in the women's 50-over format, is, honestly, a compliment to the bowlers that have represented Australia over five decades.

That comment will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this World Cup need to hear.

In recent days a sense they will win from any position has grown stronger - this victory succeeding success over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite struggling at 76-7 at one point.
